The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or related field, a CT Nursing Home Administrator license, and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with strong leadership and communication skills to guide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate and ethical approach to nursing home administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the facility, including staff management, resident care, financial management, and facility upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards, including state licensure, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote quality of care and resident life.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and retention of qualified staff.
• Prepare and manage the facility's budget for financial stability and efficiency.
• Facilitate communication among medical staff, department heads, and administrative personnel.
• Address and resolve issues related to staff performance, resident care, and facility management.
• Conduct regular meetings with staff and residents' families to discuss care plans and concerns.
