Job summary

Blossomsrnc seeks a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our facility, ensuring high-quality resident care and strict regulatory compliance.

You will oversee operations, budgeting, marketing, staffing, QA, and community relations, with on-call duties and continuous staff development.

Four-year degree required; active Arkansas Nursing Home Administrator license with two years of LTC management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
• Arkansas State Nursing Home Administrator’s License
• Minimum two years of management or comparable experience in long term care
• Strong knowledge of state, federal and local regulations for long term care
• Facility orientation, mandatory training and in-service completion
• Health assessment requirements including Mantoux test
• Ability to perform essential functions with/without accommodations
• English communication skills, verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Direct facility operations to meet resident needs and regulatory standards
• Plan, monitor and coach departments; set priorities and assign jobs
• Conduct rounds; monitor cleanliness, appearance and staff morale
• Ensure regulatory compliance and QA standards; promote morale and retention
• Manage staffing, recruitment, orientation and training
• Oversee budgets, labor costs and accounts payable/receivable
• Develop and implement a marketing strategy to maximize census and revenue
• Foster relationships with regulators, families and the community
• Lead staff education and participate in meetings
• Be available on-call 24/7
• Adhere to state rules and provide instruction to staff
• Perform other duties as assigned
