Job summary

The Blossoms in Arkansas is seeking a qualified Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead the facility's operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality care. You will coordinate management across departments, oversee budgets, and develop staffing and marketing strategies to improve census and outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have an Arkansas LNHA license, a related bachelor’s degree, and at least two years of long-term care management experience, with strong English communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required.
• Must hold an Arkansas LNHA license and current state license.
• Minimum two years of management or comparable experience in long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of state, federal, and local long-term care regulations.
• Must be able to communicate in English, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations and demonstrate knowledge of age-specific development factors.
• Ensure compliance with Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
• Plan and supervise all departments; set priorities and monitor performance.
• Conduct regular rounds to address resident needs and staff morale.
• Develop staffing plans, recruitment, orientation, and staff education.
• Manage budgets, labor costs, payables and receivables, and business practices.
• Develop marketing strategies to maximize census and revenues.
• Build relationships with regulators, families, and healthcare community.
• Be available on-call 24/7 and ensure staff adherence to rules and regulations.
