Job summary

Ely Manor, operated by Ciena Healthcare, seeks an Administrator to lead the facility’s operations in Michigan. This role is responsible for quality of care, profitability, and adherence to company systems and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven leadership ability with at least three (3) years experience as an administrator in a long term or sub-acute care facility.

Responsibilities

• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
• Interviews and hires management staff.
• Prepares performance evaluations for staff.
• Meaningfully rewards and disciplines staff.
• Receives and resolves complaints.
• Disciplines employees up to and including discharge.
• Adequately supervises assigned staff and ensures supervision of employees.
• Monitors and corrects job performance of management staff.
• Uses independent judgment and discretion on behalf of the organization in the performance of these duties.

Ensures all aspects of facility operations, adhere to the company systems and programs for quality and consistency and compliance.
