Ciena Healthcare seeks a Facility Administrator for Ely Manor to lead and grow operations, ensure quality of care, and drive profitability. You will model the mission and champion our guiding principles while fostering professional partnerships.

The role requires proven leadership with a track record in long-term or sub-acute care facilities and an active administrator license in the state.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience as administrator in a long term or sub-acute care facility.
• Current Administrator's license in the state.

Responsibilities

• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizational policies and applicable laws.
• Interviews and hires management staff.
• Prepares performance evaluations for staff.
• Meaningfully rewards and disciplines staff.
• Receives and resolves complaints.
• Disciplines employees up to and including discharge.
• Adequately supervises assigned staff and assures that those staff are supervising employees assigned to them.
• Monitors and corrects job performance of management staff.
• Uses independent judgment and discretion on behalf of the organization in the performance of these duties.

Responsible for the management, leadership, growth, quality of care and profitability of the facility. Ensures all aspects of facility operations, adhere to the company systems and programs for quality and consistency and compliance. Actively promotes and demonstrates the mission, vision and guiding principles as a representative of the organization. Fosters collegial professional relationships with associated business partners.
