Job summary

VMP Healthcare & Community Living seeks a dynamic Nursing Home Administrator to lead Maplewood Center in Waukesha. You will oversee skilled nursing, rehabilitation, memory care, and ventilator services, ensuring exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, and solid financial performance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in healthcare administration or related field, 5+ years in long-term care, and a Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration, business or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in long term care management.
• Valid Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen.

Responsibilities
