Job summary

VMP Healthcare & Community Living in West Allis, WI seeks an experienced LPN or RN Supervisor for the CBRF Assisted Living Palmer House community. You will lead a team of care champions, ensuring residents live with dignity, safety, and joy.

The role requires active Wisconsin licensure and a heart for seniors, with opportunities across 1st and 2nd shifts and rotating holidays. Competitive wages and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Wisconsin.
• Experience as a supervisor in an assisted living setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees facility operations in absence of administrator to ensure smooth care delivery.
• Provides personalized, compassionate nursing care by assessing residents' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
• Monitors and ensures nursing interventions align with policies and high care standards.
• Responds to emergencies with calm, effective leadership during codes and crises.
• Assigns and adjusts staffing to meet real-time resident needs for seamless care.
• Delivers clear direction and feedback, fostering relationships with staff, families, and physicians.

Active LPN or RN license in the state of Wisconsin

We have openings on both 1st and 2nd shift with flexible schedules. Every other weekend and rotating holidays required.
