VMP Healthcare & Community Living is seeking a dynamic Nursing Home Administrator to lead Maplewood Center in Racine, Wisconsin. The role focuses on exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, and financial stewardship while building a collaborative, mission-driven team.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in long-term care management, a Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator license, and a passion for developing leaders and improving quality across our services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in long term care management.
• Valid Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing with the State of Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for Maplewood Center, overseeing multiple care services.
• Ensure exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, and financial performance.
