Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration, business or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in long term care management.
• Valid Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing with the State of Wisconsin.

• Ensure exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and an outstanding experience for residents, families, employees, and visitors.
• Coach and develop department leaders while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Build strong partnerships with physicians, families, and community stakeholders.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team committed to exceptional resident care.
• Work with organizational leadership to develop & execute initiatives to improve quality, operational performance, & financial sustainability.
