Summary:

Assumes administrative responsibility and accountability for long term care services, reporting to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO). This includes administration of program and financial operations; planning, development, implementation, evaluation, and improvement of services; management of team members; and the delivery of high quality services to the residents and families.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing, health, human services, and/or community services field required
2. License/Certifications: Active Nursing Home Administrators license with the State of New Hampshire.
3. Experience: One to two years' experience in related field preferred.
