Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

Must have a strong proven track record in Nursing Home Administration, leadership skills as well as exceptional people skills. Must have a passion for our residents.

Licensed Nursing Home Administrator / Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall operation of the facility.
• Establishes relationships with residents and family members.
• Directly communicates with the staff in the facility as well as the Board of Directors and other corporate staff.
• Operates the facility in accordance with Federal, State and Local regulations to maintain quality resident care as well as sound fiscal management.

Licensed Nursing Home Administrator / Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years Skilled Nursing Home Administration experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office & Internet use.
• Must hold a current license in the State of Ohio as a Nursing Home Administrator.
• Nursing Home Administrator/LNHA must hold Bachelor’s Degree or as required for licensure.
