Job summary

Fraser Bloomington, Minnesota, is seeking a Health Services Manager to plan, direct, coordinate, and supervise health services within Community Living. This role ensures health-related services promote wellness and are aligned with regulations, while guiding nursing staff.

You will oversee policies, provide on-call support, and lead training, with 40 hours/week, travel to other Fraser locations and some remote work; starting salary is $97,000–$103,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Minnesota RN licensure required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• One to two years of management or supervisory experience required.
• Three to four years of experience working with families and communicating with parents/guardians required.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and day to day guidance to staff to support care coordination.
• Lead development and implementation of medical policies and procedures to ensure quality assurance and documentation to meet 245D and regulations.
• Develop medical trainings for the Community Living Division and provide oversight for quality delivery.
• Monitor staff and client care issues and provide recommendations.
• Provide on-call support to clients and staff on a rotational basis.
• Provide direct supervision to nursing staff.
