Fraser Bloomington is seeking a Health Services Manager to plan, direct, and supervise health services for Community Living. You will lead nursing staff, coordinate care, and ensure policy alignment with regulatory standards.

The role includes on-call duties and collaboration with leadership to maintain high-quality client care. The position requires Minnesota RN licensure, a valid driver’s license, and 1–2 years of supervisory experience, with a strong emphasis on inclusive, culturally

Qualifications

• Minnesota RN licensure is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• 1–2 years of management or supervisory experience.
• 3–4 years of experience working with families and communicating with parents/guardians.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff and leadership to support COVID-19 cases, contact tracing and care coordination.
• Develop and implement medical policies and procedures meeting 245D and regulations.
• Develop medical trainings and provide oversight for quality delivery.
• Monitor care issues and communicate with the Director.
• Provide on-call support to clients and staff across settings.
• Supervise nursing staff directly.
• Track healthcare appointments and ensure completion.
• Follow orders from healthcare professionals and ensure staff compliance.
• Follow up on medical results, reports, and care with facilities.
• Monitor vitals and related protocols.
• Manage and track medication administration and records.
