Job summary

HEALTH CAREER INSTITUTE LLC is seeking a full-time Nursing Faculty at our West Palm Beach campus. You will deliver didactic and clinical instruction, mentor students, and ensure quality delivery of nursing education aligned with accreditation standards.

The role emphasizes NCLEX review sessions, course planning, and ongoing assessment of student performance. An active Florida RN license and BLS certification are required, with a BSN at minimum and MSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BSN from an accredited nursing program with required credentials.
• MSN or higher preferred for faculty.
• Active Florida RN license and BLS certification required.
• Minimum four years of related practical nursing/education experience per ACCSC.
• Proven ability to teach and assess student learning in didactic and clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and facilitate nursing courses, labs, and clinicals.
• Develop and update course plans and materials.
• Lead NCLEX review sessions and test-taking strategy workshops.
• Guide student progress and provide weekly feedback to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with FBON, ACEN, ACCSC, and accreditation standards.
