WVU Parkersburg is seeking a Nursing Faculty member to teach a 42-credit hour load per contract in Nursing and possibly additional courses based on credentials. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing from a recognized, regionally accredited college or university.
• Master’s degree in nursing from a recognized, regionally accredited college or university (preferred).
• West Virginia RN licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience with learning management systems or similar technologies.
• Successful college-level teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach a 42-credit hour load per contract in Nursing.
• May teach other college level courses based on credentials.
• Deliver courses in evening, weekend, hybrid, and online formats.
• Provide academic advising, participate in committees, and support program assessment.
• Utilize learning management systems effectively; engage in student recruitment and retention.
