Job summary

Galen College of Nursing is seeking nursing faculty to teach Clinical, Lab and Theory on campus. You will foster student learning, develop curricula, and contribute to assessment and program outcomes in a leading private nursing college with a history of empowering future nurses since 1989.

The role supports our mission within a collaborative, innovative environment under HCA Healthcare. Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, an MSN, and have at least two years of bedside RN experience.

Qualifications

• Active, current RN license in the applicable state.
• MSN degree required; DNP preferred.
• Minimum two years of clinical RN experience.
• Ability to teach across clinical, lab and theory settings.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning and learner development across courses and labs.
• Use assessment and evaluation strategies to measure student progress.
• Participate in curriculum development, implementation and evaluation.
• Evaluate program outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
• Engage in scholarship, leadership and change within the educational setting.
