Job summary

Galen College of Nursing in Las Vegas is seeking nursing faculty to teach clinical, lab and theory on campus. You will engage in full nurse educator duties, including curriculum development, assessment, and program evaluation to advance student outcomes.

The position requires RN licensure, an MSN degree (DNP preferred), and at least two years of clinical nursing experience. On-site duties at the Galen campus support student success and faculty collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active, current, unencumbered RN licensure in the applicable state.
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required; DNP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning and learner development across nursing education.
• Use assessment and evaluation strategies to measure outcomes.
• Participate in curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Evaluate program outcomes and contribute to continuous program improvement.
• Engage in scholarship and professional development as a nurse educator.
