Job summary

Galen College of Nursing is seeking a full-time Nursing Faculty member to teach clinical instruction on campus. The role requires RN licensure and an MSN, with DNP preferred, plus at least two years of clinical nursing experience.

You will lead learning activities, assess student progress, and contribute to curriculum development within regulatory guidelines. The position emphasizes scholarly engagement, leadership, and ongoing professional development as part of a collaborative health care

Qualifications

• Active, current, unencumbered RN licensure in the applicable state.
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required; DNP preferred.
• Minimum two years of clinical nursing experience as RN.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning and learner development with evidence-based teaching.
• Use assessment and evaluation strategies across classroom, lab, and clinical settings.
• Develop and evaluate curricula, PSLOs, and program outcomes.
• Engage in scholarship, professional development, and leadership activities.
