Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Nursing from an accredited university.
• BLS certification current.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure by the New Mexico Board of Nursing.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a clinical or academic nursing setting.

Responsibilities

• Teaches up to 15 pay hours per semester and 30 pay hours per year; designs course materials.
• Provides classroom and online instruction in nursing theory with engaging environments.
• Advises students on academic progress and enrollment; mentors adjunct faculty.
• Participates in curriculum development and coordinates with departments and hospital affiliates.
