CCC Clovis Community College is seeking a qualified adjunct nursing instructor to provide both didactic and clinical instruction tailored for nursing students pursuing their practical nursing certification and associate degree. Candidates must possess a State RN license and have recent nursing experience. The role offers flexible hours, with a minimum requirement of 20 and a maximum of 29 hours per week.

The adjunct nursing instructor is a member of a nursing faculty team, providing didactic and clinical instruction leading to a Certificate of Completion in Practical Nursing and Associate Degree in Nursing. The role includes initial advisement to students and supervision of clinical experiences, requiring an understanding of the community college mission and philosophy.
Requires frequent and continuous sitting/moving about, continuous use of fine motor skills, and lifting, pushing, and pulling of up to 35 lbs.
Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours and a maximum of 29 hours per week. Clinical shifts are 0600‑1500 or 1400‑2300, scheduled based on program need. Additional hours outside of clinical shifts are required for grading.
