Central New Mexico Community College (CNM) seeks a full-time Nursing faculty member to advance student success and program outcomes in the School of Nursing and Patient Support. The role combines instruction, assessment, and service in a collaborative college environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Nursing, an unrestricted RN license in NM or eligibility for NM licensure, and at least two years of clinical experience, with teaching experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Nursing is required.
• Current unrestricted RN license, NM/Compact or eligible for NM licensure.
• Two years of recent clinical experience.
• Previous teaching experience or formal training in education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and assess students in nursing courses; grade and provide timely feedback.
• Create a positive learning environment for diverse learners.
• Maintain accurate student records and comply with college timelines.
• Incorporate current technology and online tools in instruction.
• Provide office hours and student support outside class.
• Participate in curriculum development and program assessment.
• Engage in college and department service as assigned.
