Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of the nursing facility to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Monitor census and oversee budgeting, revenue, and expenses.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Lead staff, HR issues, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Engage with hospital leadership and community partners to build relationships.
• Oversee capital improvements and vendor contract negotiations.
• Ensure safety, infection control, and survey readiness.
