Pikes Peak Post Acute in Colorado Springs is seeking an experienced Administrator to direct the day-to-day operations of the nursing facility. The role ensures adherence to federal, state, and local standards, delivering the highest quality care to residents at all times.

The Administrator oversees budgeting, policy development, staff supervision, risk management, and community relations, while coordinating with HR/Clinical/Finance to meet goals and maintain licensing credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Must maintain licensing credentials for an Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Quality care and analyzes the entire operation of the nursing facility.
• Responsible for the overall operational functioning of the facility.
• Monitors census on a daily basis.
• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility's programs and activities in accordance with guidelines issued by the governing board.
• Develop and maintain written policies and procedures and professional standards of practice that govern the operation of the facility.
• Develops policies and procedures and holds direct reports accountable.
• Is a role model for our Mission, Vision and Values and ensures respect for residents, employees and families.
