Job summary

Providence Administrative Consulting Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Facility Administrator to direct the day-to-day operations of a Colorado nursing facility, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local standards while delivering high-quality resident care.

You will manage budgets, policy development, HR issues, and collaborations with hospital leadership, while supervising staff and coordinating with HR/Clinical/Finance teams to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operations of the nursing facility in compliance with applicable standards.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting on revenue/expenses, and ensure budget conformance.
• Develop policies and procedures; monitor adherence and results.
• Ensure quality care, staff supervision, and HR issue resolution.
