Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services seeks a PRN Receptionist for Cuero Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Cuero, TX. You will answer calls, greet residents and visitors, and support the Business Office in daily operations.

The ideal candidate holds a High School diploma, demonstrates excellent communication and customer-service skills, and is proficient with Microsoft Office. This on-site role collaborates with facility administration to ensure smooth office workflow.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls in a timely and pleasant manner.
• Assist with mail distribution.
• Assist with general office duties as assigned by the Business Office Manager and/or facility Administrator.
• Responsible for accounts payable, collecting, processing and submitting invoices for payment in a timely manner.
• Assist with updating employee phone list as needed.
• Assist with mailing out monthly resident statements for room and board.
• Support resident care through a dedicated approach and census-building efforts.
• Assist in development and retention of staff through recruitment, training and nurturing.
• Assist in verification of EPLS and OIG for vendors (initial, monthly & annually).
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Business Office Manager.
