Newly increased rates: $18.00–$18.50 per hour. The position offers career development opportunities including ServSafe certification, CDM training, and CNAs training options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year dining services experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food served to residents
• Plan food production to coordinate with scheduled meal service
• Memorize, record, and understand menu items, abbreviations, plate presentation, and portion sizes
• Follow standard recipes and special diet orders
• Safely and efficiently operate standard kitchen equipment
• Follow all sanitation and food production regulations
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
