Job summary

Sage Creek Post-Acute seeks an experienced administrator to direct day-to-day facility operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards to provide top-quality resident care. The role includes overseeing budget performance, staff supervision, and policy development while maintaining strong relationships with hospital leadership and the community.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university, or equivalent.
• Master's Degree or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations to assure the highest quality care.
• Oversees quality care and analyzes the entire operation of the nursing facility.
• Monitors census on a daily basis.
• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility's programs and activities in accordance with guidelines issued by the governing board.
• Develop and maintain written policies and procedures and professional standards of practice that govern the operation of the facility.
• Develop relationships with HR/Therapy/Clinical/Finance to assist in meeting goals.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

Master's Degree or MBA preferred
