Job summary

Pikes-Peak-Post-Acute is seeking an experienced executive to direct daily facility operations, ensuring highest quality care and compliance with federal, state, and local standards. You will oversee budgeting, policy development, and performance, while managing HR, vendor contracts, and safety programs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with healthcare leadership experience; MBA preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and QA focus are essential as you partner with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university required; MBA preferred.
• Experience in healthcare administration, budgeting, policy development, and risk management.
• Ability to develop plans of correction and monitor implementation with QA focus.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of the nursing facility to ensure quality care.
• Oversee budgeting, revenue, expenses, and compliance with standards and regulations.
• Develop policies and procedures; lead reporting and performance reviews.
• Monitor census, staffing levels, and HR issues; engage in vendor contract negotiations.
• Coordinate safety, infection control, and survey preparation activities.
• Collaborate with HR/Finance/Clinical teams to meet goals and manage turnover.
