Job summary

PACS in the United States is seeking a Facility Administrator to direct day-to-day operations of a nursing facility, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local standards and delivering the highest quality of resident care.

You will oversee staffing, budgeting, policy development, HR and risk management, engage with hospital leadership, and maintain compliance while driving engagement and performance.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university, or equivalent.
• Master’s Degree or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Quality care and analyzes the operation of the nursing facility.
• Responsible for the overall operational functioning of the facility.
• Monitors census on a daily basis.
• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility’s programs and activities.
• Complies and develops reporting on budget projections, revenue and expenses.
