Job summary

Paradigm at Bay City is seeking an Administrator to oversee all day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards and promoting resident safety and quality outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to develop processes, manage staff, and coordinate with the Medical Director to meet budgets and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the State.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health Administration or Business Administration or health related degree preferred.
• 2 years’ supervisor experience; healthcare experience preferred.
• Recent long-term care experience required.
• Strong knowledge of reimbursement regulations and nursing practices.
• Ability to read and interpret financial records and reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training.
• Lead staff meetings, inspections, and action plans after surveys.
• Assist in budgeting, census goals, and expense control.
• Ensure safety regulations and risk management programs.
• Coordinate with Medical Director and department heads.
