Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management is seeking an Administrator to oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and delivering high-quality clinical services integrated with business objectives.

The Administrator will supervise department managers, manage payroll and reporting, and maintain policies in line with corporate guidelines while striving for exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Current knowledge of local, state and federal guidelines and regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, physicians, and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations to meet state and federal regulations.
• Supervises department managers to ensure quality of care and compliance.
• Ensures accurate payroll, CMS reporting, and financial productivity objectives.
• Maintains facility policies aligned with corporate guidelines.
• Represents the facility in compliance and safety matters.
