Job summary

MAVERICK NURSING & REHABILITATION CENTER is seeking an Administrator to oversee planning, organizing and directing all facility operations in Eagle Pass, TX. The role emphasizes staff leadership, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and interdepartmental coordination to ensure high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include liaising with governing bodies, nursing and medical staff, and maintaining HIPAA compliance while managing financial and administrative functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field including Accounting, Health Care, Healthcare Administration and Business Management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, staff, direct, coordinate, report and budget the facility and its residents and equipment.
• Act as liaison with Governing Body, medical and nursing staff, and other professionals through meetings and reporting.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and serve as HIPAA Officer.
• Develop and enforce policies to ensure health care and safety of residents.
• Ensure accounts receivable are current and manage petty cash and financial records.
