Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to plan, organize, staff, direct and coordinate facility operations.
• Experience budgeting, reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership and staff management abilities.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and health information privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate the facility in compliance with governing body policies and all regulations.
• Lead and coordinate medical and nursing staff through regular meetings and reports.
• Prepare management reports and manage budgeting and accounts receivable.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for physician practices in coordination with Nursing Director.
• Ensure privacy of residents’ health information and oversee compliance program training.
