Qualifications

• Direct experience as Director of Nursing or equivalent supervisory role.
• Valid Registered Nurse license and CPR certification.
• BSN strongly preferred; regulatory knowledge and clinical leadership required.

Responsibilities

• Direct, oversee and evaluate all nursing personnel (RNs, LVNs, etc.).
• Guide staffing procedures and set objectives for the nursing department.
• Organize admission, nursing and patient care procedures to ensure quality.
• Develop and enforce policies for legal compliance and high standards.
• Resolve issues and deficiencies; manage records and documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and report to upper management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as Director of Nursing
