The role oversees clinical practice, staff development, audits, and resource allocation, coordinating with executive leadership to advance quality, safety, and education across all service areas.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado RN license and BLS for Health Care Provider certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour accountability for nursing operations across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with the CNO and executive leadership to align nursing services with organizational goals and Magnet requirements.
• Foster a culture of safety, inclusivity, and excellence in patient care.
• Oversee inpatient nursing units, staffing, workflow, and evidence-based practices.
• Coordinate outpatient nursing and clinic operations, including advanced practice providers and specialty services.
• Lead nursing education initiatives and competency development for staff.
