Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing, education or administration is required.
• Professional nurse licensure is required.
• A minimum of two years as a Registered Nurse providing direct patient care or equivalent and/or education.

Responsibilities

• Support nursing students through workshops, remediation sessions, group tutorials and one-on-one meetings to improve course performance.
• Ensure full integration of ATI tools and resources in all student meetings.
• Create methods to increase test taking, study and note taking skills to boost course performance.
• Collaborate with faculty to identify course weaknesses and develop innovative initiatives.
