Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guide nursing students through workshops, remediation sessions and tutorials to improve course performance.
• Integrate ATI tools in student meetings to enhance remediation and understanding.
• Collaborate with faculty to identify course weaknesses and develop initiatives.
• Identify Students at Risk and develop action plans to address persistence needs.
• Use data tracking to identify challenges and improve core course success.
• Participate in professional development to stay current on education practices.
• Provide data-driven advisement to the Manager of Persistence and Outcomes, Nursing.
