Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain appropriate staffing levels to support quality resident outcomes.
• Develop, coordinate, and provide education and training programs for staff.
• Conduct orientation and ongoing in-service education to ensure compliance.
• Maintain education records, competency validations, and documentation.
• Assist with admissions and support nursing workflow and resident care units.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to identify educational needs.
• Monitor compliance with mandatory training and clinical competencies.
• Support quality improvement initiatives through education and coaching.
