Duke Careers – Watts College of Nursing seeks a Course Instructor to deliver high‑quality nursing education through classroom instruction, clinical supervision and mentorship. You will develop and organize curricula, coordinate course schedules and contribute to ongoing program improvement while supporting student learning and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing required; Doctorate preferred.
• Active, unencumbered RN license in North Carolina.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-time clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in education.
• Experience in curriculum development and instruction design preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver lectures, seminars, and laboratory sessions in nursing courses.
• Oversee clinical/lab rotations and supervise students.
• Develop and update course syllabi and instructional materials.
• Assess student performance with exams, assignments, and clinical evaluations.
• Provide academic and career advising to students.
