Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Cambridge is seeking an experienced nurse educator to develop, coordinate, and deliver orientation and training programs for nursing staff and healthcare professionals. You will identify learning needs and implement evidence-based educational experiences to enhance patient care.
The role requires a Bachelor's in Nursing with Master's preferred, 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience, and 1–2 years in clinical education.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Clinical nursing experience 2-3 years; clinical education 1-2 years preferred.
- Nursing leadership experience 1-2 years preferred.
Responsabilités
- Develop and revise nursing education curricula, courses, and learning materials.
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate educational sessions, workshops, and courses for nursing and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct clinical competency assessments to evaluate knowledge, skills, and performance of nursing staff.
- Coordinate preceptorship and mentorship programs for new nurses and students.
- Maintain accurate records of educational programs, attendance, and learner outcomes.
