The role requires RN licensure, a Bachelor's in Nursing, and experience in nursing education. Strong collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and proficiency with EHR systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
• RN license in good standing; ACLS and BLS credentials preferred.
• ACLS Instructor certification preferred; neonatal resuscitation training advantageous.
• Clinical nursing experience 2–3 years required; 1–2 years in clinical education preferred.
• Leadership and education experience; strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and revise nursing education curricula and learning materials.
• Plan, deliver, and evaluate nursing education sessions and courses.
• Conduct clinical competency assessments of nursing staff.
• Coordinate preceptorship and mentorship programs for students and nurses.
• Assess learning needs and develop continuing education programs.
• Maintain accurate records of programs, attendance, and outcomes.
