Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of the Nursing Education department.
• Coordinates orientation schedules, rooms, handouts, materials, and speakers.
• Creates marketing tools for educational programs, including the annual calendar and website.
• Coordinates student placements for undergraduate and graduate nursing students.
• Manages provider programs and entries in the GeoLearning system.
• Tracks expenses and revenues for the department and supports budget processes.
• Provides coaching and performance feedback to staff and participates in personnel decisions.
