Job summary

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing or higher required.
- Active RN license in New Jersey.
- Experience in nursing education is essential.
- Experience with accreditation processes preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develops, implements, evaluates and revises the nursing program curriculum to meet accreditation requirements and national nursing standards.
- Teaches and coordinates nursing program activities, including classroom and clinical instruction, skill/simulation labs, and site reviews for clinical practice.
- Maintains competency through continuing education to stay current in nursing theory and practice.
- Mentors part-time nursing faculty and serves as a role model for students.
- Evaluates nursing students in classroom and clinical settings and provides progression recommendations.
