Del Mar College invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track Instructor or Assistant Professor in Nurse Education. The role encompasses teaching required contact hours per regular semester, including online and/or dual-credit classes, with emphasis on engaging diverse student populations and community outreach.

Competenze
- Master’s degree with a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in Nursing.
- At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Current Texas RN license and CPR/BLS for healthcare providers.
Mansioni
- Teach nursing courses including theory, labs, online or hybrid formats.
- Provide clinical supervision in healthcare facilities for 10–15 students.
- Develop and use a variety of teaching methods to meet course outcomes.
- Maintain professional standards and participate in program and college leadership.
- Engage in faculty duties, committee work, and community outreach.
