• Certification in nursing professional development within 3 years of hire

Responsibilities

• Implement and evaluate educational programs for nursing staff
• Collaborate with CPS and multidisciplinary teams to address clinical education needs
• Mentor staff and coordinate orientation and competency assessments
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in education activities
• Lead or participate in data collection for quality improvement in education
