Qualifications

• Current RN license in MA and/or NH as job requires.
• 3 years of clinical nursing experience and 1 year of oncology experience.
• Professional certification in NPD-BC or oncology-related field within 3 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Implement and evaluate educational programs for nursing staff.
• Address clinical issues and competency development with daily staff interactions.
• Collaborate with CPS and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support orientation schedules and performance evaluation.
• Mentor nursing staff and promote evidence-based practice.
