Qualifications

• Must have RN license with CNS or RN-BC certification within 6 months.
• Master's in Nursing required; or Bachelor's in Nursing with Master's in Education or related field.
• Typically requires 3 years in a clinical nursing role including teaching or developing education programs.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and ability to design, implement, and evaluate education programs.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced nursing knowledge to education interventions using the education design process.
• Collect data to validate gaps in professional practice and determine needs.
• Analyze data to identify learning opportunities and ROI for programs.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate educational materials and programs.
• Mentor NEPD generalist and coordinate interprofessional educational services.
