Responsibilities

• Provides on unit and department specific education to nursing and allied health staff.
• Assists Clinical Directors and Clinical Managers with onboarding and competency management.
• Ensures regulatory educational requirements and documentation are met.
• Develops education plans to address unit-specific needs and skill advancement.
