Qualifications
- Graduate from an approved school of nursing with a BSN.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in Florida.
- National specialty certification within two years of hire.
- BLS/ACLS/Neonatal certifications as required by department.
Responsibilities
- Conduct ongoing needs assessments and formulate educational plans based on data.
- Develop and coordinate orientation processes for assigned areas and collaborate with leadership.
- Actively participate in quality and safety initiatives.
- Develop evidence-based curricula per ANPD standards for diverse team members.
- Collaborate with Clinical Learning and department leadership to promote learning and professional development.
- Maintain records of educational programs, assessments and evaluations.
