Job summary

Advocate Health Care seeks an experienced nurse educator to design, implement, and evaluate education programs using ANPD principles. You will bridge knowledge gaps through evidence-based learning, mentoring NEPD generalists, and coordinating interprofessional education initiatives.

Requirements include an RN license, CNS or RN-BC certification within 6 months, and 3+ years' experience in clinical nursing with education and program development. Travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice.
• CNS certification (ANCC) or RN-BC needs within 6 months.
• 3+ years in clinical nursing with adult teaching or training experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply ANPD principles to design and evaluate educational programs.
• Validate gaps and identify knowledge or practice deficits.
